"Solaris" is Ana Luísa Ramos´ third album to be released on April 19, 2024. Recorded between Brazil, Canada, and the United States and arranged by Daniel Bondaczuk, a Brazilian producer based in Nashville.
The song is inspired by the city of São Paulo and its countless construction and deconstruction processes; and talks about the rapid processes of change that the city goes through and the resulting sense of ephemerality, things being transitory, existing only briefly. Flowers represent perennial and immortal beauty.
Ana’s sophomore album is a bilingual project featuring songs in both English and Portuguese, mixing Brazilian music, folk, alternative and world inspired songs.
